Foster parents are contracted to provide therapeutic care, structured daily activities, supervision and day to day care of the youth who are placed in their home by KPCCC. Foster parents are licensed through KPCCC and the State of Alaska. Foster parents must be able to pass a background check. KPCCC provides training, support and respite for our foster families to enhance the foster family and the child's experience in our programs.
